This Returns policy applies to the VisitShanklin websites (“Sites”) operated by VisitShanklin.net (“VisitShanklin”, “we”, “our” and “us”) and to the processing of any Subscription Mmbership Payments by VisitShanklin as contemplated in this policy. Any reference to “you” or “your” means you, the Member of either SHAA, BUSINESS or COMMUNITY level annual membership holder. We maintain a ‘cooling off’ period of 28 Days maximum and request a clear written explanation for any potential Refund Requests. Our Membership levels are clear and transparent and the site is well promoted and well maintained. Content is must be fully checked before submission and we cannot be held responsible for  any supplied Content faling foul of legal guidelines. Each Member is fully responsible for supplying their own Legal images and Text and following SHAA and VisitShanklin rules and guideslines at all times.

VisitShanklin offers clear and transparent Advertising deals and reserves the right to have the final say in regards to who and what is advertised on ANY of our sites. If there are any disputes the matter must be dealt with in writing and the decision of  SHAA will be binding and final in all such matters. We maintain the right to use third party advertisers and adhere to their strict compliance at all times. This is a Community driven site that welcomes family friendly and relevant sponsorship and support from potential advertisers.
